Nature Morte is India's premier contemporary art gallery, its changed the contemporary art landscape of India and represents some of India's leading artists.
BRIEF
Nature Morte required support in hiring the right talent for the roles of Executive assistant, Artist Liaison manager and Gallery manager in order to grow their team.
OUTCOME
APPROACH SUGGESTED
The Art X team offered its services in talent acquisition for Nature Morte by creating relevant marketing material needed to hire candidates as well as being the touch point in scouting. Reaching out to the relevant pool of candidates, their shortlisting and interviews were conducted by the Art X Company.
Two candidates were recruited by the Nature Morte team after our recommendation.
